A Magical Afternoon Concert Featuring Heather Findlay & White Sail and special guest Angela Gordon!
Join Heather, Sarah, Chris and Jane as they present a one off, hometown concert of Seasonal Celebration on the Winter Solstice of 2024, where they will be jpined with Angela Gordon who will join them for seasonal group renditions as Sailing Dragonflies!
Heather will open the event with a set of snow sprinkled, solo offerings, before White Sail take to the stage for a set of wintertide wonderment. To close the event, both acts along with Angela will collaborate in a festive finale!
White Sail

Over the last few years alt-folk trio White Sail have built up a loyal and dedicated following inspired by their gorgeous vocal harmonies and multi-instrumentals, an eclectic mix of harp, guitars, trumpet, flute, mandolin, shruti box, recorders, whistles and percussion. Recently they have toured twice with Liam Ó Maonlaí, charismatic frontman of Irish legends Hothouse Flowers, acting both as the support and Liam’s ‘house band’. June 2024 marks the arrival of their CD, ‘Live At Crooked Room’, featuring a stunning new set of live studio recordings. With dates across the summer, and a winter tour lined up too, 'Ring Solstice Bells', in the band's hometown of York, will be a homecoming to remember!
